So is this working in VR or not?
So many post are about this game being broken in VR on PC, I'd like to know if this is true or not.

The Oculus Rift version works fine. I have heard complaints on Vive though.

I have a vive and it is working perfectly on my side.

Hmm... Motion controlls are good?

They work well for hand based movement but when you do attacks they still follow your head.

Okay that is stupid, can you change that Dev? If you will promise to improve this and other VR problems I'm taking it :)

To be fair head pointing is more precise.

Maybe but unlogical since you use your HANDS in game, not HEAD.

For me, it seems to work better in VR than it does in the desktop version. In VR, I can fly to the ground and be amongst the civiliians. In pancake mode, you always hover way above the ground. Is this on purpose?

I said to myself "screw that, gonna risk it" and I bought it. I had no problems whatsoever on Vive. Runs great, play amazing! Controls need some work though, and why I can't pause game via vive controlers? Anyway it's as amazing as I thought it would be, hopefully we will see some nice updates this year :)

So is using a mouse for aiming in FPS games, but Onward and Pavlov are far more fun to play with motion controller aiming.

It feels like I'm back on Google Cardboard with this kind of control scheme. Hopefully they add the option for controller aiming - I would never ask them to remove any control schemes of course, even due to popular demand. In VR, more control and movement options is always better. :)

I would seriously argue if mouse is more precise than motion controllers, head might be, but not mouse in my experience.

I'd say VR with gamepad was the most precisce. But motion controls are more immersive.

Pretty sure the tracked controllers are used pretty badly if a gamepad is more precise, especially since at least with the Oculus, your touch controllers have everything a gamepad has, and more.

I'm on Vive. I can fly fine but cant seem to shoot. The triggers dont do anything. Am I doing something wrong?
BROHONKY Aug 11, 2018 @ 8:37pm
You hold the Triggers then do different gestures to do attacks. Flick to shoot, put hands together to charge, lift hands to elevate, etc.
