I got a refund as soon as they offered it. The best choice of my life :D Think I payed about 50€. Just glad I got it back.
Funny thing is, I could still install it on steam. But even when I install it now after all this time, the game keeps crashing

You still managed to play the game for 53 hours.

yes, in more then one year :) The first month, I was only able to play 5 minutes before crash. Now I can play about 1 hour untill crash.

Actually it's seems to be in working order for now. Have'nt seen any ctd since (Have'nt being playing much thou) ;-)
