Both. There is now promo with bundle of Victoria including V1 nad V2 with all possible add-ons.

Both. If you like smart games, you wil like this. Vic 1 is older, but it has a nice WO I scenario

Vic 1 for WW1. Vic 2 for Civil war and making your own history. (I personally prefer Vic 2 because of how new it is, but I still LOVE Vic 1)

I forgot I even made this thread, I got Victoria 2 and all of it's expansions last year.

EU3 works on Windows 7 so Victoria 1 should as well.
