Anyone else have a random character reset?

I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I had a level 13 Character (BStins) and was growing, but I give the game a break for a week, come back, and it has me create a new character and resets me to level 1? Has this happened to anyone else, or was the something that happened to everyone else?

Hi there!

Characters can only be deleted if the player chooses to delete them. It looks like your character was named 'B Stins' and you deleted that character on 3/17/17 then created a new character that is level 2.
