Terrible game with a cancer community and a company that doesn't care...

I will most likely get banned after this review for speaking the truth!

It was a dark and stormy night in the secret underground facility and the AE team made up of evil scammers were scheming as usual. "I have one of the greatest money grubbing idea's mankind has had since banks!" Announced Artix to his legion of scam artists. "We'll pose as a free Mobile MMORPG and lure in all the poor kids who can't afford World of Warcraft. Then we'll suck away the few dollars they have!"

So AQ3D is basically a failing WoW. If you played AQW you would know how bad the company is. Don't even get me started on the community as they will defend any stupid choices the company (Artix Entertainment) decides to make.

Graphics look like it came from a Playstation 1 game made in 2000, alot of things are downgraded because of how they want to cross-platform mobile and PC.

Every shop requires crafting, gold in-game is useless even though they stated that they will try to make gold as valuable as possible. Constant lies about releasing updates and future items. The staff members' chosen testers are snobby elitists that look down on players. Expect plenty of reskins of existing weapons. Oh, and don't even get me started on the PAY 2 WIN THEME (YES, THE COMMUNITY IS DEFENDING THIS).

Being banned/muted from this game is almost a normal thing!
Anyone that has beef with you can report you for a stupid reason and you have a 80% chance of being banned (I'm not kidding).

An example for the bans is the glitches ingame. There are TONS of these glitches but nearly all of them are harmless (ie. falling off the map to forcing your character to be unarmed). Yet for some ungodly reason the idiots known as mods are BANNING (no warning, no slap on the wrist, STRAIGHT OUT BANNING) people for testing out their game!
Anyone that doesn't like you and reports for any type of glitch equals a BAN. Staff member spots you being glitched? (Intentional or unintentional) equals BAN!

Shop / quest loaders

(Nowhere here do I see harmless glitching as a violation)

Boy oh boy, I'm not even done talking about the mods as they LOVE playing favorites. Anyone "famous" (aka the autists who afk 24/7 on Battleon) are immune to getting banned! These players are CONSTANTLY seen intentionally trying to find new glitches for this game in front of mods! Yet... I don't see any admins trying to stop them and they're obviously not banned as you can see them ingame to this day.

Chatting in game... oh boy
It can almost be compared to Club Penguins' chat fliter. I thought I was playing a MMORPG in Steam; you know, the gaming platform where I can buy violent/sexist video games like Grand Theft Auto and Hatred! But instead it feels like youre playing Club Penguin 3D!
Some examples include cursing, yes the chat ingame blocks cursing but the staffs are too stupid to update it so you can spell out ♥♥♥♥♥ and cuss like a pirate. Someone got butthurt over your language? An admin/mod didn't like what you said in the game? You can kiss your chatting privileges good bye for 2 days.

And sure, you think a 2 day mute or ban isn't bad at all? Well that's where you're wrong friendo because once u get a "mute" or a "temp ban" you're marked on their system. Get two more mutes or temp bans and the temp ban becomes permanent . R.I.P. money spent on this crap game.

Onto the community, they will literally eat any fecal matter the company spits out. Mention ANY bad opinions about the game/company and they will go into an autistic fit of rage and try to have a long flame war with you. Constantly freaking out about items with logos (capes with review site logos which are literally walking promotions). Loads of ♥♥♥-kissing, backstabbing, ego stroking, and elitism in this cringy community.

"MY COMPANY CAN DO NO WRONG, I'M REPORTING YOU FOR HAVING AN OPINION" -Typical AQ3D player.

Kickstarter rewards are slowly being released, one of the most disgusting things I saw about the rewards was the Kickstarter "Rare" variant class armors. It was a reskin of the default class armors in gold trimmings. Not only was it hideous but it shows just how much effort and detail is being put into this game.

Finally, the gameplay itself... It brings NOTHING new to the table, another run-of-the-mill BLAND Mmorpg that has hundreds of other competition. The only "selling" point for this game is the fact they have cross-platform (mobile and PC) which I will admit is very nice. Sitting on a toilet and farming skeletons off Doomwood Bridge sounds like a great way to take a dump.
Other than that, your typical/generic RPG that you cannot appreciate unless you've been playing their flash games which was popular back in the 2000's.

So the game basically runs down to...
Five different attacks! (including auto attack)

Hours of grinding.

Fighting with stupid people.

People who pretend to be afk/are always afk!

Constantly missing attacks to a monster 1 level higher than you.

Mobile gaming pay to win/pay to skip themes!

Dungeon keys, enjoy farming that dungeon only to run out of keys that recharge every 2 hours. Don't worry though, buy dungeons keys instantly for just 2 US dollars!

See plenty of re-used assets in game.

It's also funny how the "selling point" of this game (mobile cross-platform) is also the very thing holding them back.
I wish to say the game has potential, but with it's terrible community and horrible/lazy staff members...

The only reason to play this is if you...
1. Played their flash games back in 2003 and decide to play this for nostalgia.
2. Were tricked into spending money on this horrid game.

Other than that, don't waste your time.

You put way too much work into this dude. MMORPGs are by nature repetitive. If you don't like the game don't play it. AE isn't a company like Bethesda, they dont have the time, resources, or man power necessary to keep up with your demands. This game is technically still a Beta btw, if you had the sense to check their website you would see that a lot of the game is still incomplete. And if your issue is micro-transactions, you should know that all purchases are optional. The base game is completely free, micro-transactions only take away from time you would spend farming for items or give access to cosmetics, its not a pay to win game.

I never ever hacked in my life and never even insulted a Dev through twitter. They just straight out banned me without any evidence!

I spent my whole childhood playing this game and being part of the autistic community. I was a devoted and loyal player then I get banned without any reason. It's like the devs are saying 'Thank you for your time and money, now fckk off.'

You're pretty spot on. In a game where combat is below mediocre, limited real player/player content, cosmetics are pretty much the end game. Quality of art and general art direction is a hit and miss. The amount of things you can pay for in this game, for the amount of content/quality of content, is way too much. Lack of content is drawn out by extreme repition of kill this quests. I do support this game though, since nostalgia is powerful and enough for me to enjoy playing this a couple times a year. The devs need to think long and hard about how to add real substance to this game if they ever want this game to grow beyond its root community.

I agree with that but they did add the world tree part which is cool and they try to update constantly also mind you it’s in beta still
