No Sound in AQ3D?
Greeting, AQ3D players.
I'm having an issue with an absence of sound in the game. I triple-checked my settings to make sure sound effects and music were on, and they were. Is anyone else having this problem, and does someone who has had the problem in the past know how to fix it?
Thank you.

Hi there! Did this issue just start happening with the recent patch? Was it working at some point previously and then stopped working?
Can you try using the "Reset Settings" from the main login screen and see if it helps (this will clear all your preferences that you have set). You can also try using the Clear Cache option as well.
Let me know if any of these work (or don't work!) We are still trying to investigate this issue!

I just started to play, and unfortunately have no info how it works in the past.

On actual patch, on my PC:
1) Start the game, login, begin playing;
2) Backgroung music is sound about 40 second - 1 minute, and stopt. (Music flag is still "ON" in settings).
3) Turn "OFF/ON" music flag is started backgroun music again, but after same time interval music is stopt.

Note:
- Sound flag condition has no effect on situation with background music.
- ResetSettings, CearCache, ResetSettings&ClearCache is doesn't have any effect on problem.
- No any problem with audio in any other game.
- Game version in menu is 1.5.0.

Config:
Windows 10 Home x64, CPU i5(6600) 3.3GHz, 8Gb RAM, GTX 1050 Ti, Motherboard MSI H110M PRO-VH, use motherboard "on board" audio.

Thank you!
Not all of the music in the game loops; once the track is finished, it will not restart again (while in the map). Turning the Music setting off and on again will not cause the track to restart either. You would need to reload the map to start the track again.

Do you mean the music stops abruptly, or with an error? Is there a specific map where the issue is occuring?

The Sound setting will affect the different sound effects from the game, such as spells and monsters etc.

Intro
> Dragonwatch battlefield - music stops abruptly, and there are no background sounds at all. Sounds of skills worked.
> Dragonwatch Keep - there are no any background music and sounds at all. Sounds of skills worked.
> Dragonwatch Castle - there are no any background music and sounds at all. Sounds of skills worked.

Battleon
> Battleon - the music gradually stops, and there are no background sounds at all. Sounds of skills worked.
> Yulgar's Inn - there are no any background music and sounds at all. Sounds of skills worked.
> Magic Shoppe - the music gradually stops, and there are no background sounds at all. Sounds of skills worked.
> Class Trainers - the music gradually stops, and there are no background sounds at all. Sounds of skills worked.
> Cysero's Shop - the music gradually stops, have background sounds (crickets sound and static electricity sound). Sounds of skills worked.

Greenguard
> Greenguard - the music gradually stops, have background sounds (sounds of forest). Sounds of skills worked.
> Heartwood Forest - the music gradually stops, have background sounds (sounds of forest). Sounds of skills worked.

For some locations groups ("Intro" and "Greenguard" as example) "welcoming music" playing just one times.
If you listen "welcoming music" in "Intro/Dragonwatch battlefield", in "Intro/Dragonwatch Keep" and "Intro/Dragonwatch Castle" no music will be.

I have not visited other places yet, and I can not say how it works there.

Why did you even make this comment? Literally everyone here knows that and this is obviously an unintentional bug.
