Can't reach the server ?
Hi,

While I was trying to create my character, it told me the server were unavailable, seeing that no one pointed it out here on the general discussions and that it isn't displayed anywhere, I tought of a lil' network bug. So I launched the game again, connected, same thing. I saw that people could solve their issue using the Clear Cache option, did that. Now I can't even reach the server as it can't even resolve the host.

The main aq3d site is down at the moment, once it's back up you should be able to log in.

Ok thanks, a friend of mine could connect and create his character so I was tilted as I'm the one wanting to play the most x)

It's strange, a friend can connects to both the servers and the website, I cannot reach both. There's a clear problem here, rebooting doesn't help.

I see, however it's strange that this would impact the game, it'd surely impact the website tho.
Nvm, it's probably affecting the login servers as it's not the same structure as the game servers.

It would impact the game because the game doesn't connect directly to an ip, it accesses a URL, hence it would be affected by the DynDNS DDOS

There's big a huge DDOS attack on servers across the east coast. Give it some time and it should be back up, but if its not. Try clearing your games cache, its on the main menu screen and its the little gear icon in the bottom left corner.
