Random dungeon (from adventure menu) can be OK too. Short dungeons with decent kill speed even solo and there are often a few other people running them.
The Berzerker daily quest area can also be good if you can sustain killing fast. The enemies there have relatively low health but high damage (they're berzerkers weeee). Just kill the trash and leave the boss alone so it doesn't update the quest and lock you out of re-run. Use travel to go back to class trainers and restart after you run out of enemies. If you DO aggro the boss, he forgets you if you get close to the entrance so you can reset him easy enough.
Depending on if you can find enough people running them, the barrow point dungeons are pretty good. The can be a slog without enough people to make them easier to area kill in though.
The random dungeon elemental area has way too much down time running up through in my experience and also the issue with having to fish to get it as the random dungeon.
Still, with the recent changes, it might be different now. I just know that when I've compared pure out XP per time (20 minute class XP booster duration) the berzerker class daily dungeon outperformed everything else I tried including other dungeons like barrow point and running random dungeons.

I wasn't counting bosses in the Enemies count, only the regular enemies that form the bulk of the experience gain.
Right off I noticed the enemies in trials of fury were much higher health than they were in the past. Before they were around 400 to 500 health if I remember correctly.
On just pure damage you need to do to get an amount of XP, random dungeon on the undead map is the worst. However, their lower health does make them easier to area kill than the trials of fury enemies that give drastically better XP for the damage you need to do.
The random dungeon elementals map looks amazing and it is quite nice, but remember that map has a ton of dead time because the enemies are in 3 groups spread apart by long walks with no travel forms allowed in the map. You won't be able to kill them in their 3 spread out groups as fast as you can kill either of the other 2 that are all packed in a small area.
I still think the berzerker trial of fury are will be the best for consistent XP in a set amount of time simply because you don't have to fish through random selections to get the map for them like you do in the random dungeon ones and they do give good XP for the damage you need to deal to kill them.
I'd have to run a timed comparison between trials of fury and fishing random dungeons for the other 2 maps to be sure but it'd take a lot of running to counter the random chance of the random dungeon method. A short time run could just be skewed too easy either way by good / bad luck.
They turned out to be around 890 health on average (4 types with varying health) and gave slightly more XP per kill than even the elementals in random dungeon at 170 xp and 514 class XP.
This leads me to believe that the last round of updates involving XP rates took more than just enemy level into account. They might have also taken into account enemy health, enemy "density" (how many you could stack up for area killing at once) and the overall density of the dungeon or area they're in. Also judging from daily boss areas they must have taken into account how likely it would be for multiple people fighting at once. Daily boss enemies have thousands of health but no real increase in XP because the area is expected to be packed with many players which actually makes kills there fast despite the high enemy health.
What that all says to me is that most likely, any scaled dungeon is going to be at least an acceptable XP area. Some might be better if you have access to enough area damage to quickly kill and some might better if you can only single kill reliably.
Still, simply for the enemy density and the consistent quick restart, I'd probably just continue to run berzerker class daily trials of fury when I want to farm XP. It is nice knowing that most of the random stuff they want us to do like yulgar's west wall for pet feed daily and random dungeons for wraithmancer essence daily can be a decent source of XP when doing them for their dailies.
