Playable races when?
We got "Argonians" and "Khajiit" with Sandsea, Avians have been at the bank since forever, Draconian in Dragons Graveyard, Werewolves in Darkovia, when can we play as one of these races that doesn't include mounts?

I've seen a few heads, no body though, sad new about no tails. Regardless, a full blown playable race would be much better.

yeah being human is boring... there's a wolf tail from arcangrove at least, with two versions. wish we'd get the Cat Morph head items and not just travel forms though.

why call lizard people and cat people those weird terms though

Because that's what the lizard and cat people are called in Elder Scrolls.

First of all because we are not playing natives but new comers to the land. We are basically playing an avatar of ourself like in an SOA anime, always has been a kind of meta 4th wall breaking aspect to that nature of us in AQ games.

However the game is basically ripe for cosplay, and there are tons of odd bits for monster themed characters especially. things to go shark and squid man etc, no shortage of horns and ears. Hell even a real hard to get vamp face effect.

We aren't? We were brought back from the dead though, right? Wouldn't that mean our character was apart of the world?

So I've seen, but nothing really in terms of "becoming" another race, outside of Elves and more or less demons. Like the Raven head you can buy from the bank looks like a stuffed raven head doll. Same for any other head similar to it.

In the original AdventureQuest ( classic ) , we are able to become either a vampire or a werewolf ... as well as a combination of both. Like the original game, AdventureQuest 3D isn't placing "an avatar of yourself" into the game ... from the very start of the game, this concept was made clear.

Despite this game is named after the original game, it is also inspired by **DragonFable** and takes elements from **AdeventureQuest World** . ... and the lack of "other playable races" might be influences from those two games' elements.

Being able to choose between a vampire or werewolf...or both sounds really cool, like in ESO! Very odd they wouldn't do that here...

If thats the case, they need to revert that. Cause playable races are awesome and should be in every mmorpg.

I agree with you but, in the end it is the devs call.

Lol the devs refuse to release any depth to an mmorpg. I can think of atleast 3 casual mmos that offer way more depth.

Does it even count as "depth" though? They already have races in the game, some of which are travel forms.
