So the game is done, all achievements unlocked, the curse lifted, White Face killed by my hands.

I didn't notice this when I first exited the game, but as I was heading to shut down my computer for the night, I spotted a new text file on my desktop, OUTSIDE of the imscared folder the game creates.

It's called "My last will".

Appropriately spooped, I clicked it open and read the following:

This file is created when you start pressing buttons on the train. You might remember a message about a new file on the desktop, one that 'it' wanted to destroy...

OKAY phew, guess it just escaped my notice at the time. I alt-tabbed out of the game in a panic after reading that message, but didn't see it, so I assumed I'd missed the described time window.

Glad it definitely totally completely did not come from the thing I maybe kind of sort of murdered after I murdered it. Good. Great. Thank you.
