If you exit and re-enter the game, you start back at the "beginning hub". From there you still have all of the different keys to the different doors in the hub that you can use for some backtracking, such as to the garden or the metro.
If you go to the heart, it crashes your game and opens up the "name" prompt. You can think of that prompt as a sort of password system that lets you revisit some areas that you couldn't otherwise get to. Though it also does reset the events in those areas so you will have to progress through at least portions of the game in order to get to some of the different achievements.
The "name" "White Face" is needed to get to the area for the "Master Tag", "Not to See", and "Heaven's Door" achievements.
You can get "Lucky Tickets" by just going through the hub to the metro (no HER gramophone labyrinth required to get back in, Praise the Sun!), "Thanks For Staying" by heading through the hub to the Garden. As far as Peek-a-boo and Peek-a-two... since they both occur in the same place in the Hub area, I'm not sure how to switch between them... but otherwise the rest should be doable.
