Tips for new players and how to craft a lot of vampiric daggers
Hello, this is my - things I wish I knew before staring the game- thread, now this may be a bit wrong because I switched to playing it on my phone, so there may be some differences

a) always buy all materials from the shop, even if it is useless it is really cheap

b) the shop restocks each time you finish a dungeon

c) if you have a lot of money and need crafting materials gambling (the lowest price selection) is a decent choice, when I finish with my shopping/crafting I usually spend the rest of my money on gambling, I just keep a reserve just in case (two times the lowest gambling cost seems to be a good rule of thumb)

d) don't try to do the optional objectives the first time you try a dungeon. At first I thought that they affect the loot, they do not. They are only there to unlock heroic mode, my suggestion is play the dungone normally, if you unlock heroic cool, if not then just before you leave it, zoom out, see the optimal route, and replay it with the objectives in mind

Finally here's my tip for vampiric daggers.

For those who don't know vampiric daggers are a really sweet early game item, iirc they give two health two attack and two speed. they are really good for at least two and maybe more of your fighters, there are better items later on, but early game they are gonna be really helpful.

To get the fangs needed to create one set you have to kill a vampire, and there's only one in the early game, it is a red headed female and you'll understand it's her because there is a crown on her portrait.

What you have to do is kill her and the moment the battle ends, don't do anything, just exit the dungeon, This will allow you to reenter it and kill her again, if you don't she won't appear again.

As an extra tip (because I did this about 5-7 times) here's the route I used to farm her.

At the dungeon start move left, trigger the battle, use the bard ability and fight it
Move up
move left as far as you can, use the rogue ability to disarm the trap, keem moving left
move down as far as you can
move left and that's the location of the vampire (use bard ability again to make the battle easier)
When you're finished with farming fangs if you move down after the battle you can finish the dungeon and as a bonus you've also unlocked heroic :)
