Where do i find the Victoria 2 folder?

I need to change the end year for the game but I dont know where to get the folder for it...

You can mod in the end date quite easily - just remember if you do so to change it back for multiplayer, as the games have to be completely the same. Go to the victoria 2 folder -> go into the common folder -> go into Defines.lua file (open in notepad) and you will see then start date and end date modifier - change the end date to what ever you want and enjoy.

Also Victoria II files are located within Steam's files. So open the file location for steam>>steamapps>>common>>victoria ii and from there you can do whatever you want to the game files
