Running Victoria II Windowed

Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

1. Start the game once, and quit out from the main menu.
2. Go to My Documents/Paradox Interactive/VIctoria II and open settings.txt with Notepad
3. Change the bolded things below:

size =
{
x=<pick a value smaller than your max res>
y=<pick a value smaller than your max res>
}

fullScreen=no
4. Save and Enjoy!

You can't resize the window while it's running, so you may need to experiment a bit to get a good window size.

You can also use this to make the game span multiple monitors easily!

my vic 2 is just broken my dumbass tried to set it to a higher res so it doesnt look like a zoomed in testicle. Now its stuck in 3k because my monitor only shows the top left of the screen
