Victoria II

Easiest way to change government?
I don't want to use cheatcodes, but I want to see a change in my government. What is the easiest way? I know rebels, but how do I get rebels? I can't find any way to anger my country or it's people...

It depends on what type of government u want to have. If u want f.e. socialists then do everything opposite to their needs ;-P. BTW, do u use DLCs?

Nope, sadly... Just any government, like maybe I want to make America communist. What do I do? I try to change the laws but it just says that like .2% of people will want it.

It would be much easier to do this with dlcs cuz as far as I know they add rebel movements which may want to force u to mandate some law so they will rebel and just let them take your capital province for a year. What is your year right now?

I've found declaring a hopeless war on a great power and losing it a good way to piss off conservatives into becoming Reactionarys with high militancy and rejecting peace offers if you want to become a Dictatorship or Monarchy so you can control your government or position it for change in another way.

At least that's my experience, it might take a while as I still haven't found optimal ways. But I somehow turned Texas into a Dictatorship so I must have done something right!
