Mods not showing up in launcher
I downloaded both hpm and hfm, unzipped them, and put them both in the mod folder of Vic2. But for some reason it doesn’t show up when O launch the game. I followed a video tutorial just to be sure and still nothing. What do I do?

The files might be within the unpacked folder.

Check back in /mod and see if the .mod file and HPM folder is within the "outer" HPM folder. If so, move them out. The .mod file + acutal Mod folder must be directly in the /mod folder of the game. The game does not look within another layer of folders to find any mods.

Big shot in the dark, but if you're certain the .mod files are directly in \mod (the mod content folders are irrelevant to it showing up in the launcher), does the game run without mods? Are you on a new PC? If it doesn't run, you're probably missing https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
