or play as it use cheats, declare war type in for prussia tag PRU by hitting ~ then doing it or agains t russia or austria its RUS and AUS hope this helps :)

I would say console commands but no one wants to do that. so Heres what I did that kinda work.
You basically gotta buddy up with Russia and Austria, Like I mean max out your relations alliance what ever you can. Eventually Prussia gets a event to attack you, either them or Austria( I know what youre thinking hes giving a plan but he dosent know what hes saying) Well hang in their, by sheer luck, if you get the alliance with Russia to work, and you can have atleast one unit, you can reclaim your cores in the war, but only if Russia comes to your aid. Now heres where things get bad.
The cores I mentioned earlier, their not yours.
Their Polands.
So you gotta get them anyway
To form poland
So you can make their claims yours.
But the cores them self will belong to Prussia, Austria and Russia in order to form poland with
Confusing right?
Well sheer luck and eventual break down into using the console commands will ensure the glory of Poland before 1918

It's that simple. After you educated the masses in your country you can try to stir up problems by starting up a Crisis in Poland. You will also want to become a Great Power after getting Poland free, taking a province from the Balkans will get you that second state needed to achieve GP status. Sphering Poland with a Great Power Krakow I think, allows you to merge with it and become the new Poland with all your current techs. I was playing PoPs Demand when I did all this.
