Save Games Location
I went to the save games folder to delete some of the saved games but none of the saves show up in the folder, it says its empty.

Are you sure you went to the save games folder? If so that is weird. Me personally, I can find all my saves in that folder.

Yeah, Paradox Games files are in (C / Users / Your UserName / Documents / Paradox Interactive / Victoria II. Just for people having the same problem.
