I can't find the "\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 2" folder!!!
Please help, I looked everywhere but can't find it.

What OS are you on? Are you trying to mod the mage? Have you ever played game once on vanilla? :P

I recently got Victoria II and was having this problem, too. No folder for the game in documents, and the game wouldn't start with the expansions installed. In case any of you still are having this problem or anyone else is, opt into the beta patch. (right click game in library list > properties > betas > beta_3.04 in drop-down menu.

This fixed me right up.
