How to change province owner to not being owned?

This might work:

Give the province to a country that doesn't exist (and is not in a Sphere) with changeowner {country tag} {province ID}

switch to that country with the command: tag {country tag}
Do: event 60120 (Do not click the option!)
Switch to an other country.
Click the option of the event.

The province in question sould now be uncolonized.
