HPM (Historical Project Mod) Mod Help???
Everytime I try to start up the HPM mod or Historical Progress mod it crashes and says error at the creating rivers loadup before the main menu even comes up, can anyone help me fix this?

Okay, I can help. It crashes on RIVERS, right? Open 2 folders: The mod folder, and the Victoria folder. on both, go to map > rivers.bmp. Make sure they're unchanged. Because if they aren't, congrats, that's the issue.
