Its not so much about historicality, its more about gameplay issues^^ If you can annex states like China in one war, you can just as well make an event that instant declares you the winner at day1 :P But to each his own
P.S. : Dont forget to save the original cb_types.txt, just rename the copy to "cb_types_original " or something, otherwise you'd have to verify the game. Not that it takes long but its a tad more annoying :)

oh, I have it now. Thank you so much! You have just saved VC2 for me. I'm trying to revive Napoleonic France, and by the time I had the army to take Italy (which was protected by all of the gps) It was like, 1890, and there is no way i could have taken all of Germany, Austria, Italy, and bits of Russia without this! Ty!
