Ultimate Mod Nukes?
So I got the Ultimate Mod working, hoping to light up Denmark with nukes for no reason. I have several very successful Nuclear Weapons factories, but no way to nuke anyone. Help please?

You need to have nuclear weapons in your stockpile (manually buy them in markets) and be in war with the country. Then you may enable a decision "nuke_XY" (careful, it gives 25 Infamy and you loose prestige)

I have manually had it set to buy full stockpile, but I think the issue might be that no one but me has invented The Atom Bomb yet. Could that be possible?

Hardly think so... I mean you can train guards and tanks when nobody else has them too.
Never tried to produce them myself since except for flavour they're pretty useless.
(High Infamy which you could exchange for several regions and no real military value)
