GFM Shattered World Mod constant crashing.

When ever you boot the game while only selected the Shattered World Mod, it would crash during the first loading image. An Error message would appear afterwards about an error stating that there is an issue on line 584. The Line is for Samoa and is under HPM. If you selected both the Shattered World Mod and the HPM Mod, same result. The solution is to selected GFM and Shattered World; doing this will boot it normally. But this isn't the main issue here.

Once in game, there is a healthy chance that the game would crash out of nowhere. This is random during my testing. It happened in the country selection, a week into a game, a year into the game and a few months in the game. I have the suspension that it has to do something with Samoa but I cannot be sure.

Does anyone here know the solution to this? If so, please provide a detail explanation below on why this is happening and how to fix it. Thank you.
