Anyone know what this cheat does?
I was wondering what effect this cheat "morehumans" does because whenever i do that code it just lags out the game and theres no effect on population in neither my country or any other country. So is the cheat broken or does it do something im not aware of?

I'd say its either something for Multiplayer or its just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing from Paradox :P

As Lembley said, pretty sure for MP.

Pops can only get cheated by save file editing as far as i recall.
