unemployment?

I playing as Canada have an good income but i have a huge unemployment rate. How do i make sure they all haves jobs like working at factory?

By building more factories or upgrade existing ones. :)
Preferrably in the states where there is high or any unemployment. To build factories on your own, you need a party in power wiht State capitalism as its economic policy. As Canada you should be a Monarchy, thus you can appoint the goverment at will. Usually its the Reactionary one, which also usually features Jingoism (also useful).

Tip : Hold shift and click on the "+" icon on a factory @Production panel will cause all factories to upgrade that have 80+% employment.

Well what about if the factory is failing in income? I suggest you attract clerks in your heavy factory regions and eventually clerks will balance with craftsman no ones fired and great income

What year is it? Are the industries you have profitable? Do you have markets for your goods? Are your factories efficient (tech?)?

i got it fixed i mannage to get everyone working in a factory but only have less than 100 not wokring in a factory in few province
