HPM mod Crashes on start up with the error message: File exception in: Virtualfilesystem.cpp line 662 - file not found
I successfully downloaded the zip file but the game crashes on start up
Any solutions ?

Yes, empty the cache folder found in "SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Victoria 2/map/cache".

As in delete it's contents, not the folder itself.
