The working directory doesn't seem to be correct.
Hey dudes,
I have been playing Victoria 2 forever and recently decided to mod it. One of the most acclaimmed mods I saw was the Victoria Ultimate mod, so I downloaded it. When it was finished I clicked it on in the startup prompt, but right after the intro video the game crashed and said "the working directory doesn't seem to be correct" I have looked elsewhere for solutions but to no avail. Please shower me with any knowledge you have.

Sounds like the file hasn't DLed correctly. I'd remove it and re DL the file maybe?

In the file for the mod there was a readme and it told me to delete the cache files, that didn't work. Luckily there was also another set of instructions that said to delete and reinstall it three times but that didn't work either. I'm just at a loss.
