How does foreign investment work?
Let' say I'm currently playing the U.S. and I want to build foreign factories in a city. The city's(or province) main resource is tea and is surrounded by silk-growing provinces. How do I correspond to the city's main resource and decide what factory to build? How much money should I invest?

Silk would be luxury clothes. As for how much that depends. There is a bonus to your gp influence growth for investing the most that is proportional to what others spend so more is generally better but,,,

In order to make Luxury Clothes I need Clothes as well as Silk. Out of whose storage will they take the supply of Clothes from? My storage or the storage of the country I'm investing in?
