How to turn nation to fascism?
I know there’s a national focus, but I’ve been researching the culture quite a bit, but there’s no hint of fascists making themselves known. Socialists have, but not fascists.

Losing great wars and having unowned cores, primarily.

Fascists show up later in the game, the same applies to communists.

not sure, apart hurting yourself with costly wars and waiting for its historical decade as people said, i suppose a country lenghtly conservative and reactionary predisposes toward it

so reactionary government and resistance to 'reforms', if the country has got 'order' as national spirit (emblem high left of senate pie in politics window)

You need a late-game loser country to get fascist support -- just like in real life.

Well don't be surprised if an Austrian painter cuts your drug supply after saying that!!!

If you just want the government type then you can let fascist rebels occupy and hold your capital. If you want your population to become fascist the best way is to have cores on land you don't currently own. Look at places like Greece, Serbia, Bolivia, etc. and see how fascist they are for not owning call of their cores. Often will reach well above 50%.

Yeah, you need cores in other countries for that. Also you can just disable any rebel hunting unit you have, wait for the blackshirts to spawn and then stand around and let them take the capital, Kingdom of Italy style. ez
