Note that resources don't mean anything if you don't have a lot of population on them.
i guess i should have mentioned going into the late game. doing a run as prussia/germany
For Germany, Bohemia is extremly strong, because Iron is usually in deficit. However, that's probably only true in Multiplayer. In Singleplayer you probably are Greater Germany anyhows
and one or two coal provincees, with lots pf pops, but the downside of them being
too big to civilise and remaining colonies with less productivity and less valuable pops.
...okay probably not so interesting for your case, but good for small nations and early game. Hmm...maybe Korea then, but i suppose that is covered by 'China'.
There are never enough ressources late game anyway or the POPs are too poor or both..
