Newbie Question about POPs and needs.
Newbie Question: how are my pops getting for example regular clothes if I don't produce them? By their own are they buying from elsewhere? Does it mean that if I rise tariff to a specific class they are getting less money to get those goods that I don't produce?

And If I end up producing, what are the advantages for them getting goods from my country and not from elsewhere.

Also, I play Imperator. Does this game have also a Happiness stat? Does it make them less happy and more likely to revolt If they can't satisfy their own needs? Is this going to make them immigrate?

Thanks!

It is always a good idea to put your tarrifs to maximum (free money). If your pops dont get enough goods they will start producing militancy which increases there chance of joining a rebel group (if they can), immigrating, and increasing reform desire.

The artisans in your country also create a bunch of random goods, and do most of the producing before factories take over.
