the redshirts will flip the country to you which will form Italy and automatically annex all of the minors (even the ones in a different sphere or puppets)
you could also annex Tunis or something to make your trip shorter when going to Sicily
It's also possible to defeat Two Sicilies taking simply the land route, but it will be a bit trickier. Basically, you have to catch small stacks and wither their armies down, avoiding their larger stacks. Even if large stacks occupy your territory, they will eventually break off into smaller stacks you can snatch (the AI in Paradox Games always does this). Doable, but takes maybe a few months longer. Would ally to Tuscany or something, just so they occupy those lands and not yours.
