Complete Edition vs Victoria Collection--what is the difference?
I have read that Heart of Darkness and A House Divided are essential, and it seems like the best thing is to just buy the whole pack of DLCs as a bundle.

But, there are two full collections: The "Complete" and the "Collection" which is more expensive. I'm having a hard time seeing what the difference is and I cannot seem to scroll through all the content thumbnails.

Both collections have Victoria 2 + DLC's, but the Victoria Collection has Victoria 1 in it.
