Victoria II

Victoria II

How do I use the Clausewitz Scenario Editor to edit bookmarks, not just savegames?
I've been interested in modding Victoria 2 for a while now, yet the process of assigning ownership to provinces is a process that I frequently retreat from due to its sheer repetition. I have just downloaded the Clausewitz Scenario Editor with high hopes, only to discover that it only functions on savegames, not the book mark itself. I was wondering if anyone out here knew of some way to modify bookmarks for the editor, not just savegames.

If you don't specify a savegame at launch up, it should be what you want.

The solution is still a bit rocky. I remember making my own solution via Unity (bit overkill) where you can brush provinces to change ownership etc.
Will report back if I can still find it, since that was many (many) years ago.
Alternatively, making a custom solution wasn't very difficult so maybe it's time-saving for you to just make your own if you plan a quite big mod.

I appreciate your response and I hope that you find your old program, but I was curious on how to make my own "custom solution", perhaps there is a guide that you could direct me to?
