Is there a possibility to play this on Mac?
I own this on steam from back in the day when I was playing it on my old windows pc. I have seen that I can download this game from the App Store so there surely is a Mac version. Will I have to buy it again ?

Virtual Programming owns the rights to Vic II on Mac.

Its easier to use Bootcamp though and just install Windows on your Apple Computer. Bootcamp comes natively with Mac OS.
You can buy a Windows copy for 15€
