What are the best mods for victoria 2 in 2018?
I only really played hpm, pod, and nwo. Are there other fun mods for the game you can recommend?

people are going to say victoria 2 ultimate, but i'm here to tell you that they will not give you a straight answer on where/how to download it, so dont bother looking for it.

CWE (cold war enhancement mod) is the brighter sibling of NWO with less warmongering and more focus on the time period and industry in general.

You should try HFM (historical flavor mod) if you want to get a more historical experience of basically what you did in HPM.

There are the total conversion mods, DoD and HtA (divergences of darkness and heirs to aquitania) that work off of PDM (pop demand mod) that are worth trying out if only for their unique world
