That version crashes at "Loading Rivers", I don't think there are any working versions of the mod

I was able to fix it by deleting all of the files for the game in my documents and uninstalling victoria 2 along with deleting the install folder then reinstalling and booting the game through vic2.exe

If some1 get this crash, just delete "cache" folder in common\Victoria 2\map
