Indeed, if you legit formed Germany, that shouldn't be happening. Therefore, unless you formed Germany via the gutter crown event, it sounds like you only formed the North German Federation. That's certainly not a bad move on your part, for it makes forming Germany proper even easier! You need the other two South German states in your sphere so you can enact the "Three hurahs for Germany!" decision to form the German Empire proper. Additionally, you can also try wrestling Luxembourg into your sphere (likely) from France's and fight a long war against Austria to knock them out of Great Power status and then force them into your sphere via wargoal before enacting that decision so you can form Super Germany, the unmatched 18 million manpower juggernaught!

formed NGF then I formed germany and I annexed EVERY part of germany except for bavaria. never happened to me before (ive done it a lot I dont need u to give me a beginner tutorial)

Via the gutter crown event? For it sounds like you're straight lying otherwise, besides, it's not like you provided any screenshots to back up your claims. I'm sure others would have given you the "beginner tutorial" as well if they had beaten me to it for it sounded like you might have needed it.

I guess if you're not lying, the only way it makes sense to me is if Barvaria expanded into Austria or whoever in a war with your help or Austria's based on how Denmark doesn't get annexed either. However, that would bring into question how you can annex Austria while they have Hungary etc.

Definitely not straight lying, formed Germany as you normally do using three hurrahs event annexing everything you normally do including Luxembourg but Bavaria was still free. And those screenshots are from a different game but ok

If u want screenshots of my new one since I guess you think it’s impossible to start a new game then sure. So no you didn’t get trolled this generally happened to me though I use an event 60125 or something which let me annex Bavaria

It makes it look like Barvaria simply regained it's independance though revolt and therefore that's what I personally am going with. Although... it is the 1850s which does greatly increase it being due to the gutter crown event, though you claim you did it via three hurrahs despite gutter crown being the only way your story would make any sense. Or heck, you meantioned a cheat code, so maybe you used others which somehow made this craziness possible, in which case, the joke's on you! Karma FTW!!!

Bavaria didn’t regain independence as I formed Germany the moment I paced out with Austria (earlier than I wanted as a crap ton of rebels spawned) if you are incapable of having a real conversation then just stop replying at this point but if you want to speak properly discuss how this happened then be my guest
