Black screen after alt tab or when I quit the game

That's it. Anybody has any idea how to solve it ? Does it with mods and with native game. I play the 3.04 version.

Same here, after the second launch - and I haven't found a way out, have to power cycle the PC (Windows 10)

Found A way to avoid it. USe the beta version (3.04b) instead of the stable version (3.04). If you still have trouble, try to launch it using the .exe in the common folder.

I have an idea (recall an old issue with the Beta).

Go into Documents/Paradox Interactie/VIcII and open settings.txt.
If there is twice a "yes", once for fullscreen and for borderless mode,
then change one of those to "no".

When playing in fullscreen , only fullscreen should be"yes", respectively when borderless, then only borderless=yes. That was an issue in the Beta and usually happens right after install.

Found this old post and it worked for me, too. Thanks a lot, it was kinda annoying that alt-tabbing didn't work.
