cannot get bms 4.34 to install

I cannot get bms 4.34 to install get message that it cannot find the file or folder not sure anyway it is not finding falcon 4.0
do I need bms 4.33 first?
I have falcon 4 installed

it says the registry is pointing to a folder with out the root of steam/steamapp/common/falcon4
it says I can delete the regestry file how do I do that where is it??
