The game crashes on windows 7 always after 10 to 16 seconds even if i leave it in the menu

The game crashes on my laptop Hp mini 311c ( Intel atom n270 with 3 gigs ram Nvidia ION ) with windows 7 .
The game however runs fine without any problems on my main pc . (Intel core 2 quad with 6 gigs ram Nvidia GT640 ) with windows 10.
Yes i know my laptop is slow and etc no need to tell me that xD
