Stikbold! Deluxe Edition for PC?

I see that the Deluxe Edition of Stikbold! released on the Nintendo Switch on January 4th:

From what I can tell, the only difference with the Deluxe Edition is 6 player support and a new WHEEL OF RUMPUS game mode.

This was a feature that was requested by Ensalada Waldorf on Nov 28, 2016 in the Steam Discussion thread "6 players on 1 PC":

Now that the work is mostly done, does this mean that 6 player support will be coming to PC soon? I am concerned because Stikbold! Deluxe is listed as a Switch exclusive on the Nintendo eShop page. To me, it doesn't make sense for a tangible game feature like player count to be a console exclusive unless it is something like a time limited exclusive.

Devs, please confirm if 6 player support will be added to the PC soon. Thanks!

Already commented in another forum post, but saying I would LOVE to see 6+ player support as well! Would definitely make this game a picker among our group when we get together.
