The book in the tower

So in the first chapter, after you escape the basement, you walk down some steps and head notrth, past the guy near the dead deer. If you walk a little farther, go just before the destroyed bridge, you hear a scream(you can get Grease by freasing the water to get to the other side). After that you see a book sitting right there. How do you get it?

use mines which are casted by ES.

It's teleport. Useful spell once you can cast it quickly.

Getting it is very tough in the current patch, but it involves blowing yourself up with mines.

The spell can also be unlocked later though.
