Magicka

This is unfair.
No game that costs money should be so hard to simply LAUNCH.
I have probably spent over 4 hours so far just trying every single method to try and make my game work.
I keep getting the "Magicka has stopped working" pop up when I launch the game, I already did all the common methods such as installing one of the thingies in the dependencies folder before the other, deleting and re-installing the game, doing a system restore, I even went ahead and tried even more wacky methods when I saw that Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 would not fully install and get a connection error, such as editing files in my windows directory, and downloading V4.0 which people said would work.
I just think it's unfair, for real :( I just wanted to play a game I loved in new year's eve, but instead I wasted most of it just trying to fix the game to no avail.

I'm really salty as you can see, I may just die from the amount of salts in my body after today.

I doubt it matters at this point, after many more hours of re-searching and troubleshooting I have concluded that the problem is microsoft .NET framework 3.5 SP1, To run magicka you need XNA frameworks and the program named above, but since it won't install correctly I cannot play magicka.
I run into 2 problems primarily: Either when I download .NET framework - the program gets an error in the middle of loading and tells me to install it through "windows features on/off" or what ever it is called (which I have tried, doesn't work [Yes I have tried every single guide that says what to do about that problem]), and 2 being after I manage to load the program and I am right at the end I get "set up error" and the setup stops responding thus it didn't fully install.
So far I haven't tested too much with these 2 errors but it seems that as soon as I fixed the first one, the second one happened and when I fixed the second one the first one returned - leading me to believe it will just repeat that cycle and I will simply be un-able to play on this pc.
Another option is that I attempt to fix the first problem again (which I am not sure how I did in the first place, it was either a couple of the cleaning up programs/methods I use) and somehow my second problem will remain fixed. But then again it hurts my head just WRITING this, you have no idea how annoying it is to just actually do it....
As for my PC, It is an OptiPlex 3010 by dell.

As for the thing that is written in the problems discussion: http://pastebin.com/2FJaMwpw is the link to the dxdiag, and my crash report is: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: Magicka.exe
Application Version: 1.4.16.0
Application Timestamp: 526e8504
Fault Module Name: mscorwks.dll
Fault Module Version: 2.0.50727.5477
Fault Module Timestamp: 5265cfa2
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 000d70ed
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1037
As you can see in the fault module name it says "mscorwks.dll" which I believe is proof that the problem with my game is microsoft .net ramework.

I don't see how having an issue with .Net Framework is a fault with this game. There's something wrong with your OS (XP, Vista, Windows 7/8) and nothing wrong with the game. You can try to do a System Restore back to a point in time when the game was working but it's usually not worth the trouble and it's easier to just format the drive and start fresh.

yeah I kinda got that after i posted this, but still - I did do a LOT of research and it seems lots of people have these types of problems too and just cannot play the game, the least I would expect is to even... I don't know make it so the game would work with different versions of .net framework, like version 4.0 or 4.5 . now as my knowledge in these things is very blunt there is probably a chance that it is impossible to do that and it has to be version 3.5 but still would be nice if there were more options or something.. I don't even know anymore

I already said the problem was .net framework, not XNA frameworks *-*
