Multiplayer does work, it's just that the game itself is a bit prone to crashing, so you and your friends will likely need a fair amount of patience. Great game though and worth playing.

yeah i played before, just asking because i saw some reviews claim that some sort of update broke MP or whatever, had me a little worried.

Nah, it works, just quite buggy. Steam might probably give you a refund if it's too buggy, not a guarantee, just stating the possibilities.

It works, but the game may be crashing. I only played adventure in online coop with my little brother. I played on laptop and he played on PC. Whenever he was hosting, my game crashed and clesed within a minute of play. But when i hosted we could sometimes play normally and sometimes the game crashed after a while, usually on laptop and sometimes on PC. Verifying the files integrity didn't help. The game sometimes crashed on single player as well, on Laptop and PC, so it definitely needs some patches to work well. With my experience i can tell you that: Multiplayer may or may not be working, it depends of PCs/Laptops yours and your's friends.

It just randomly crashes. Kinda ruins the fun... The game is absolutely amazing, but i dont know how they let it crash on online adventures like this..

Not worth buying I dont think until something is done about the crashing. Got it for a friend and tried to play but kept crashing every 10 mins so gunna refund for them.
