Chapter 4, my undoing

At the start of chapter 4, when I meet with Admiral Agnar, which triggers the "go into the inn cutscene". The door opens, 8ut I still can't move. I can turn, and watch the cool particle effects of um8ound magicks, 8ut I can't seem to click or move anywhere, making the rest of the chapter unplay8le. I've checked the wiki, and had a 8rief look at the discussions ta8 and found squat, so if theres a solution to this, some o8vious trick of illusionary, or if I'm just doing something wrong, could someone please help me figure out what's going on? I get its an old, 8uggy game, 8ut I haven't seen this issue for anyone else wtih this issue. Its not like my computer is 8ad either, I can run lots of demanding games already, 8ut Magicka really takes the ticket.
So, is there something I'm doing wrong, or some way to fix this?
