Report a translation problem
First, Arrowhead wasn't feeling to keen on creating any more Magicka DLC so Paradox handed the game over to Pieces Interactive. Somehow, they managed to completely sabotage The Stars are Left chapter 3 with a game-breaking bug that still plagues people to this day.
Years later (modern times), Paradox exhumed the corpse of Magicka so that they could use it to run marketing experiments and add additional online features to an already buggy game. Unsurprisingly, it's now suffering from numerous game-breaking issues.
The moral of the story: please let Magicka have its rest.
Until Paradox can mend the chaos they've created, I'd strongly encourage you to download an older version of Magicka using the Steam console.
