Can’t unlock Megalodon

Has anyone been able to unlock the Megalodon? Have defeated and eaten plenty of them but the option to play as the Meg is never unlocked. My 7 year old is going nuts about this!

Are you sure you're killing megalodons and not great whites? Otherwise, I unlocked it yesterday without a problem. Not sure!

try to unlocked the prognathodon, find the megalodon and kill him with the prognathodon but without sheating ....

the megalodon's skin color is blue, and great whites have black on top and white on bottom. i get confused, but if you really did kill megalodon, make sure you didnt use cheats. Also, to defeat the megalodon and to play as it is only for deathmatch.
