My Son is in tears....please help.

Hi, Just bought new laptop today so son could play this game. 8gb 512gb.

Downloaded game, when i try open it it just loads a white screen for about 5 seconds then closes. My son in tears, can anyone help?

Have you tried any other games? Don't worry, it will get sorted so he can play. Just need to work out where the issue is.

Sorry to hear that. I think the game is just incompatible with some computers. I have a Lenovo laptop and it works just fine.

You have a graphics card installed? Try this website. https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ This will check your system and compare it to the games you search then offer you suggestions on upgrades or minimums. It is probably your graphics card and if it is not and the website says you meet minimum specs try right clicking game and verifying the game files. This will check to see if any were corrupted on the initial download and redownload just those files it finds.

Right click-properties-local files tab then you will see verify integrity.

Hey there I also have a lenovo computer.... i was able to play the game for as long as i wanted to. i turned off the game and my computer and now the game sits on the white screen for 5 seconds then says it is not running... it seems like a bug in the start up. My computer runs with the stats needed to run the game but it is failing to load. i made sure there were no corrupt file and ever re downloaded the game.

i checked the website and it says that im able to run it. and ive also rechecked my files and everything is downloaded. but ill white screen for about 5 secs then say its not responding, i can run fallout 76 without issues.

What worked was turning off my wife.

Same happens to me and the error log says: Game Object 'Bone (1-30)' is missing!
Update: (literally 1 minute later) wifi cut out and it worked just turn off wifi
